Any education student can qualify for these scholarships, but applicants must commit to working for specific schools for two years after graduation. Both high school and college students can be eligible.

Applegate/Jackson/Parks Future Teacher Scholarship

The National Institute for Labor Relations Research offers yearly scholarships for education majors. The awards are valued at $1,000 a piece and are issued to graduate and undergraduate students. Applications must be submitted between October 1 and December 31 every year.

Coca-Cola Foundation Teaching Scholarships

The Coca-Cola Foundation¬†offers multiple scholarships a year for teaching students nationwide. Scholarships vary in value by year based on the organization’s available funding. Both graduate and undergraduate students can qualify, and the scholarships are issued multiple times yearly.

American Federation of Teachers Scholarships

The American Federation of Teachers provides scholarships yearly for students who have been involved with the AFT for at least one year. Only four to ten yearly scholarships are valued at $1,000 or more. Applicants may be graduate or undergraduate students as long as they are members of the AFT.

Straightforward Media Teacher Scholarship
